Why Our Program Works For You:

C – Confidential:

With confidentiality as the cornerstone of our practice, we go to great lengths to protect the anonymity of our patients. With two offices in safe, suburban neighborhoods, the location and purpose of our facility is unknown to anyone other than our patients.

O – Outpatient:

Our outpatient facility affords you the opportunity to tackle your addiction while maintaining a balance with family and work commitments. We understand there are varying degrees of addiction, and not everyone needs residential or in-patient treatment. The outpatient treatment model allows you to incorporate addiction treatment into your busy life schedule.

A – Addiction:

We understand the struggles and behavioral science behind the disease. Our experienced staff has a
combined total of over 60 years assisting patients in the various phases of opiate dependency. As a patient, helping you take your life back from the grip of addiction is our number one priority. Our compassionate staff will treat you with the utmost respect in a warm, safe and judgement-free atmosphere.

T – Treatment:

We invest a lot of time and care into developing a well thought-out program that guides you down the path of recovery. We work hard to accept private insurances and focus on treating opioid dependence with the help of Suboxone, Zubsolv, and soon Vivitrol. Treatment plans are developed and individually tailored to your unique history and personal goals, while continually striving towards the ultimate goal of maintaining sobriety.

About Our Practice:

Our mission is to provide professional, friendly and judgment-free treatment to enhance our patients’ quality of life.

Our recovery program utilizes in-depth counseling, board certified physicians and a compassionate, caring staff to design a treatment plan that meets each patient’s individual needs.

We realize each person that walks through our doors has an entirely different story than the next and should be treated according to their specific needs. With each unique patient comes a unique individualized treatment plan for recovery that’s both effective and affordable.

We go to great lengths to create a safe and educational environment where we empower patients to take bold steps in their journey back to wellness.

COAT has helped me change my life around for the better.  In the last 2 years I have become a father and held a job with no interruption.  I have an apartment with my family and I have nothing to do with the people or drugs that I associated myself with 2 years prior to seeking help from COAT.  I thank COAT for my new lease on life.

I heard about COAT from a family friend. What sets COAT apart from the rest is the way we receive treatment.  Instead of just walking in and waiting in line for a prescription, there is a family environment & therapy to fully help with the recovery process.  COAT treats more than just the physical side of addiction.  It’s made my life more stable and provided a sense of security as well as help me keep as positive outlook on my life.

My goals for a treatment center were to not be treated like a guilty addict and to not be taken advantage of financially.  COAT has treated me like a friend and been very fair financially.  And this place, as opposed to others, helps you recover both mentally and physically.

The treatment offered at here has truly given me the tools I needed to turn my life around.  I have recommended this office to many friends reaching out for options and assistance seeking recovery.  Addicts have a hard-enough time facing the common hurdles of addiction, and eliminating the stress of finding a treatment center that is truly judgement-free, and solely willing to help up get back on our feet has been immeasurably appreciated.

How Suboxone® Works:

Suboxone® is an FDA approved medication used in the treatment of opiate addiction. Suboxone® comes in the form of a sublingual film and includes two ingredients, buprenorphine and naloxone in a 4:1 ratio. Buprenorphine is a partial-agonist which only has a limited opioid effect. Buprenorphine competes with the full-agonist opioids (such as morphine and heroin) for the opioid receptor. Buprenorphine has an exceptionally strong binding ability which displaces existing opioids and prevents others from attaching to the receptor.

This is important because treatment can eliminate craving and withdrawal allowing you to think and function normally. Other medication options include Zubsolv and soon Vivitrol. Our experienced doctors will help choose the right course of treatment for you.
